No two projects are ever alike – that’s what makes our job so much fun! Your business or blog is unique and you’ll want to work with people who are going to take the time to understand what you do.
We love working with so many interesting groups and businesses, but we do have a process that we follow so that we produce the perfect result for you. It’s a lot like a relationship really (but a lot easier!):

1. listen
Listening is the first step. We ask a lot of questions, and we spend a lot of time listening to the answers. This is so we understand the ins and outs of what you do now and what you want to accomplish next.
3. propose
Yes, it’s kind of like getting engaged… but there’s no ring!
We’ll present you with a proposal and make sure it matches up with your expectations, and when you’re happy, we’ll sign a contract and move to the next phase of our relationship.
5. keep in touch
Even though every project must come to an end, we won’t disappear once it’s completed. We’re always here for you if you have questions or concerns, need maintenance or upgrading, or if you want to work with us again on a future project!

2. think
After we’ve listened to you, we like to go away and think about everything you’ve told us. This is where we come up with a solution, determine the scope and timelines of your project, maybe come back with some more questions, and put together a quote.
4. work together
Now we get down to work! We like to have collaborative relationships with our clients and we believe in open lines of communication. You’ll get regular updates from us throughout the entire process.
This is the phase where we do things like mockups, revisions, design and development, photo shoots, image editing and post processing, user testing, and launching. What we do here will, of course, depend on the type of project you’ve come to us with.
